2 Meter GaAs FET Preamp
NOTE:
The NE25339 (3SK206) device is a close match
but in the
Surface Mount package. Most vendors have gone to SMT
and the board layout above will need to be "flipped" left to
right" in order to use the new package.
When ordering specify NE25339 U79 for an IDss of 45 to 80mA.
This will give the best IP3 and N.F.
