Stations located in overseas and non-contiguous U.S. Territories may be worked by DX stations. This includes Alaska KL7, the Caribbean US possessions KP1-KP5, and all of the Pacific Ocean territories KH0-KH9, including Hawaii KH6

Amateurs worldwide contact and exchange QSO information with other amateurs using digital modes (Baudot RTTY, PSK, FT8/FT4, ASCII, AMTOR, and Packet—attended operation only) on 80, 40, 20, 15, and 10 meter bands. Any station may work any other station. Stations may be worked once per band, regardless of mode.

Objective: Increasing activity on the air, strengthening the reputation of amateur radio operators, demonstration and improvement of technical skills and knowledge across the world

The WPX Contest is based on an award offered by CQ Magazine for working all prefixes.

The CQ WPX attracts over 20,000 participants that take to the airwaves with the goal of making as many contacts with as many different callsign prefixes as possible.

Contest Objective: To encourage W/VE stations to expand knowledge of DX propagation on the HF and MF bands, improve operating skills, and improve station capability by creating a competition in which DX stations may only contact W/VE stations. One contest period is CW-only and one is Phone-only.  Use only the 160, 80, 40, 20, 15, and 10 meter bands.

W/VE amateurs: Work as many DX stations in as many DXCC entities as possible.

DX stations: Work as many W/VE stations in as many of the 48 contiguous states and provinces as possible.

For amateurs around the world to contact other amateurs in as many U.S. states, Canadian provinces, and countries as possible utilizing the 160 meter band.

Objective:

160, 80, 40, 20, 15, 10m  SSB CW WorldWide DX Contest

The WPX Contest is based on an award offered by CQ Magazine for working all prefixes. Held on the last weekend of March (SSB) and May (CW), the contest draws thousands of entries from around the world.

In the SP DX Contest, competitors are divided into two groups – Polish stations and foreign stations outside of Poland. Only contacts made between SP and non-SP participants are scored, however all entries should be left in the log. Polish stations report their one-letter province (voivodeship) abbreviation (as shown on the map), while others give their sequential QSO number.

OBJECTIVE: For amateurs around the world(DX) to contact JA stations in as many JA prefectures + JD1 islands as possible.
For amateurs in Japan to contact DX stations in as many DXCC entities and CQ Zones as possible.

Exchange: Non-Czech and Slovak stations: signal report + QSO number, starting with 001.

Czech and Slovak stations: signal report + County code (three letters).

The „Interest Group RTTY“ (IGRY) was founded in January 2017 to promote and save RTTY Mode. Therefore we invite all amateur radio stations worldwide to contact as many other amateur radio stations as possible using RTTY Baudot Mode (45,45).

The contest is dedicated to the memory of Yuri Gagarin, who realized the first human flight to space, on April 12, 1961.
