Collecting QSL cards is a cherished, traditional aspect of amateur (ham) radio, serving as physical or digital proof of a two-way contact (QSO). Enthusiasts appreciate the unique designs, stamps, postmarks, and memories they hold, often displayed in albums or boxes. However, electronic confirmations (eQSL, LoTW) are now usually sent alongside paper mail. Collectors typically exchange cards by post, sometimes through a QSL Bureau, and many enjoy the surprise in their mailbox along with the personal touch these hobby postcards offer.
