I.A.C. 1IT - 50 MHz

The I.A.C. - Italian Activity Contest on 6m is designed to encourage activity and highlight the unique characteristics of the 50 MHz band, particularly during weekdays. We aim to make as many contacts as possible across Italy and beyond, fostering activity on this exciting band. Participants engage in making contacts and exchanging basic information with other stations using CW, SSB, FSK441, JT6M, and MSK144. This contest runs in monthly segments, providing a consistent opportunity to get on the air. It's an excellent training ground for newcomers to contesting, with a special emphasis on encouraging new licensees and younger operators. We also see a focus on participation from local ARI sections, aiming to get as many members involved as possible.
