WAE DX Contest, CW

The WAE DX Contest, held annually in August, is a fantastic opportunity for operators worldwide to connect with stations across Europe. We aim to work as many European countries and different call areas within those countries as possible. Participants will spend 48 hours making contacts on 80m, 40m, 20m, 15m, and 10m using CW. The goal is to exchange basic contest information with as many unique stations as possible, building up a strong score through a combination of contacts and multipliers. For newcomers, we recommend focusing on making consistent contacts and getting comfortable with the rhythm of the contest.
