World Wide Digi DX Contest
The World Wide Digi DX Contest is a fantastic opportunity for us to engage in a global digital communication event, typically held during the last full weekend of August, running from Saturday to Sunday. This contest is a joint effort by the World Wide Radio Operators Foundation and the Slovenia Contest Club. Our primary goal in this contest is to contact as many different countries and CQ zones as possible across the globe. We achieve this by making contacts on 10m, 15m, 160m, 20m, 40m, and 80m, utilizing the FT4 and FT8 digital modes. During the contest, we're busy making contacts and exchanging basic information with stations worldwide, aiming to maximize our unique country and zone counts. For newcomers, we suggest focusing on understanding the general flow of digital contesting and trying to make as many unique contacts as possible. Always remember to consult the official rules for precise details on categories, exchange format, and scoring.
