Over 200 Telnet DX cluster entries are meticulously cataloged, each providing the cluster's callsign, IP address or hostname, and the specific port for connection. The resource details the geographic location for each cluster, often including grid square information or city/country, which is crucial for operators seeking regional or local spotting networks. For instance, **AB5K** offers both worldwide and USA/Canada-only spot feeds, while **K2LS** explicitly limits spots to USA/Canada/Caribbean Zones 1-8, excluding chat messages. The compilation serves as a practical reference for amateur radio operators who utilize traditional Telnet clients for real-time DX spotting. It presents a raw, unadorned list, prioritizing direct access information over elaborate interfaces. This format allows for quick integration into logging software or terminal programs that support Telnet connections. Distinctively, the resource focuses exclusively on Telnet access, differentiating it from web-based or aggregated cluster services. The sheer volume of listed clusters, spanning continents from Europe and North America to Asia and Oceania, makes it a robust tool for DXers and contesters aiming to monitor propagation and identify rare DX stations across various bands.

HB9BZA's LoTW users list, originally compiled since 2005 from DX-Cluster and user submissions, now primarily leverages the official ARRL full users list released on July 29th, 2017. This resource details 228,012 calls across 340 current DXCC entities, with the latest update noted on March 2, 2026. It offers various formats, including a full list, text versions, and breakdowns by country, providing valuable insights into LoTW participation for DXers. While the ARRL's official list with "last upload" dates diminished the original list's unique utility, HB9BZA's site continues to offer statistics and user counts by country, which remain of interest. The author, HB9BZA, expresses gratitude to contributors who helped maintain the list's accuracy over many years, achieving an impressive 96.4% match with the ARRL's data before the official release. Knowing which stations are LoTW active encourages more hams to join the system, demonstrating that even rare DXCC entities like Ducie Island or Heard Island can be confirmed quickly. For instance, HB9BZA recounts a 36-minute QSL confirmation for a 3A2MW contact. The list also integrates with the RXCLUS packet radio/telnet client, enhancing DXCC award tracking by identifying LoTW participants and utilizing upload dates for alarms.

First released around 1995 and significantly redesigned as QWTelnet 2, this software provides a dedicated interface for monitoring DX-Cluster traffic via Telnet. It integrates a **SOTAwatch parser** with configurable audio alerts, allowing operators to receive notifications for specific search patterns in DX-Cluster remarks without constant screen attention. The application also supports parsing for **GMAwatch (German Mountain Award)**, providing alerts for German Mountain Award activations. QWTelnet 2.4.0, released on 07-APR-2012, runs on Windows (tested on W7) and is distributed as a ZIP file containing the `qwtelnet.exe` executable. It does not require a formal installation process; users simply extract and run the program. The software can display DX information for single bands, integrate with the Reverse Beacon Network, and link to external web resources for DXCC and SOTA information. It also supports local reference files for IOTA, WFF, and RDA awards, which users must source and place in the `qwtelnet/files` directory. For IOTA data, users can convert `IOTA.CSV` from UCX-Log or `DX4WIN_IOTA.TXT` into `iota.csv`. WFF and RDA reference files are directly sourced from their respective websites.

KLog is a free, multiplatform ham radio logging application that runs natively on Linux, Windows, and macOS. It provides comprehensive **QSO management**, including features for logging contacts, managing QSL cards, and tracking DXCC entities. The software integrates a **DX-Cluster client** for real-time DX spotting, supports WSJT-X for digital modes, and includes functionality for the DX Marathon award program. It also offers Club Log integration for uploading logs and managing awards. The application's multiplatform nature ensures broad accessibility for amateur radio operators using various operating systems. Its support for WSJT-X facilitates logging of popular digital modes like FT8 and FT4, while DX Marathon integration assists contesters and DXers in tracking progress. The built-in DX-Cluster client streamlines the process of finding and working rare DX, enhancing overall operating efficiency and award pursuit.

Presents the Mac TCI DX Cluster, a macOS application designed to streamline DX cluster activity for ham radio operators. GW3JVB developed this tool to provide a focused native Mac view of incoming spots, integrating local _RUMlogNG_ logbook context and selected TCI destinations. It allows users to save and connect to multiple Telnet cluster profiles simultaneously, merging feeds and filtering spots by bands, modes, and continents. The application features three independent outgoing TCI client slots for servers such as RigOne and Thetis, supporting spot forwarding and click-to-tune functionality. It reads local RUMlogNG logbooks for worked and needed checks without modification, offering callsign, DXCC entity, and continent checks. Watchlists, highlights, and optional alerts are included to emphasize important spots, helping operators find the next station worth working. Mac TCI DX Cluster complements existing station software, requiring macOS 14 or later on Apple silicon or Intel Macs. It is free to use, with downloads and release information available on GitHub, and optional donations are appreciated.
