Many ham radio operators face restrictions on antenna installations, whether due to homeowner association rules, limited property size, or the need for portable setups. These designs allow hams to get on the air and make QSOs without drawing unwanted attention, often enabling operation from challenging locations like apartments, high-rise buildings, or small urban lots.

The antenna is nothing more than a simple 2.4 metre square loop drawing pinned to the internal brick wall of the spare bedroom.
